Please allow up to 5-7 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.
Please allow 1 full business day for expedited shipping orders (Overnight) to be processed,
picked, packed, and shipped. Please note that expedited orders placed on Friday cannot be delivered on the weekend.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please Note Sarah Cosmetics is closed on the weekends and major holidays.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although, we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
All U.S. orders are shipped USPS first class mail, UPS ground, or expedited at extra cost.
Orders placed through the Sarah Cosmetics website to an international address ships via Global Priority Mail. Allow 6-10 business days for delivery from ship date.
Shipping Confirmation and Delivery for UPS and Global Priority Mail will be sent to your email address along with a tracking number.
Sarah Cosmetics Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages can be left at your front door by the shipping service if requested.

Our policy is that if you are not happy with any unused Sarah Cosmetics product, we'll gladly return or exchange. Simple and easy, it's all about you!
Refunds will be processed for orders received to our Returns Departments before 30 days from the original purchase date.
Please note that returns are only on items purchased through www.sarahcosmetics.com. Items purchased from any other store or website will not be returned or exchanged.

Call 1-800-222-4749 and ask for customer service. Give them your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Mail package with return/exchange items.
Once your items have been received we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you call until the time you receive your refund or your exchange.
